SI DIOS QUIERE

Si Dios Quiere is a hardcore band from Chicago’s South Side, formed in 2020 and rooted in Chicano identity and community. Blending the grit of NYHC with thrash and metal influences, their sound nods to bands like Madball, Rotting Out, and Biohazard while carving out something distinctly their own. With lyrics in both English and Spanish, they confront issues like gentrification, deportation, and police brutality, grounding their music in lived experience and resilience. After early releases A Hell Like No Other and Sol y Guerra, the band made their defining statement with their 2024 debut LP No Angels, solidifying their reputation through uncompromising recordings and powerful live shows.
