Born from Tampa’s hardcore underground, HOLY DOSE unites members of Dogmatic, Contention, The Arrival Note, Afterthought, Yr Glow, Sugar Coat, and Zero Mob—lifers who’ve spent years crisscrossing continents in vans. The band channels that shared history and a steady diet of blown-out ’90s alternative into something bigger and louder.

The band was created to deliver tracks of massive guitars and wired urgency, tackling cubicle purgatory, bad bets, shuttered bar shows, and the slow grind of modern life. Their sound is a claustrophobic yet cathartic blast of volume and chaos.
