0 Miles Per Hour are an indie rock band from Orlando, Florida, featuring Chrissy McKeever, Jack Dee, and Jackson Bates. Having played together since high school, the group has developed a sound that blends fuzzy guitars, driving rhythms, and an understated emotional pull.

Their latest EP, "Gallop", captures the band in a moment of clarity and growth. Across five songs they channel the energy of alternative rock through a hazy, melodic lens.
