Demo Division is a Chicago-based alternative rock band that blends post-hardcore, grunge, and emo influences into a powerful, energetic sound. Formed in 2021, the band has quickly made a name for themselves in the local scene.
Their debut EP, Wish You Were Here (2022), introduced listeners to their raw energy and emotional intensity. They followed it up with Sunken Skin (2024) via New Morality Zine, showing a more focused and dynamic sound. Recorded over two sessions at Word Of Mouth Recordings with producer Joe Scaletta, tracks like “Wasting All My Time” and “Wanted2Try” balance heavy instrumentation with introspective lyrics, capturing the struggles and growth that define the band’s sound.
