Southern California’s popfree deliver their debut LP, "Overt", a seven-track collision of emo, post-hardcore, and alternative rock rooted in the angular, melodic sounds of ’90s and early 2000s bands. Recorded and mixed by Colin Knight at Paradise Studios and mastered by Ben Harris, the album moves through frustration, disappointment, anger, and vulnerability while ultimately finding connection and hope on the other side.
