0 MILES PER HOUR charge ahead with their new EP "Gallop", a five-song collection capturing the band at their most focused and confident. Known for their loud, fuzzy guitars and undeniable hooks, the Orlando group continues to carve out a sound all their own.
Lead single “Bite It Off,” out now, dives into the loneliness that can linger inside relationships, showcasing the emotional core of "Gallop". Recorded at Green Wood Studios with longtime collaborator Kyle Hoffer, the EP balances raw energy with anthemic melodies and features background vocals from their friend Lily.
“This EP feels like us coming into our own,” the band shares. “We made the kind of music we’ve always wanted to hear in Florida.”
Fueled by newfound momentum in early 2024, 0 MILES PER HOUR wrote and recorded these songs quickly and naturally. Having grown up together and cut their teeth in Orlando’s DIY scene, the band was eager to write a record that showcased their vision and fit alongside contemporaries they look up to.
